What You'll Need
- 18+ (15–17 can start as Junior Divemaster)
- PADI Advanced Open Water + Rescue Diver (or equivalents)
- Emergency First Response within the last 24 months
- 40 logged dives to start, 60 to certify
- Physician-signed medical clearance (last 12 months)
- Solid swimming ability

How It Works at 20K
Offered twice a year, over 3 months:
- Month 1 — Classroom: in-person theory and leadership training.
- Month 2 — Pool: sharpen your skills, start assisting real students.
- Month 3 — Open Water: lead for real, alongside an actual OW/AOW certification weekend.
Rental gear included the whole way. Plus: mapping, rescue scenarios, a skills circuit, and real assist experience with our instructors.
