Our neutral buoyancy scuba cylinder is powder coated for long life. The cylinder is made by either Catalina or Luxfer and includes a DIN/Yoke convertible valve for use with any regulator type. The benefit of a neutral buoyancy cylinder - it is more negative when filled and less positively buoyant when empty, allowing you to remove up to 5 lbs of lead.
