Open Water Scuba Diver Course

Become a part of an eco-system that supports so much of our life and take it to your limits; whether that is interacting with colorful schools of fish over a peaceful sea mount or diving alongside a pod of dolphins that have come to take a closer look at you!
There are 3 phases:
1-Learn at your pace with eLearning
2-Complete a classroom review and learn new skills in a heated pool
3-Join us for an open water certification weekend to complete your certification
You will learn with our instructors at a comfortable pace over 2 weekends and then join an open water certification dive weekend to finish your certification.

The PADI Open Water Scuba Diver course is designed to give you the necessary skills to safely conduct open water dives. This course is the start of your underwater adventures! The PADI Open Water course starts at $549.00. Or, for busy professionals who are unable to join a group class due to schedule, choose the Private Open Water course for $999. In addition to the course fee, basic equipment such as mask, snorkel, fins are required for purchase from 20K Scuba for the open water course. See below for additional details.

When you purchase your student 10-piece open water package from 20,000 Leagues Scuba and Aquatics, we issue a $50 credit from your course fee toward the student equipment package when you purchase the student package and class together. The package includes your personal mask, snorkel, fins, boots, mesh carry bag and other required accessories for $366 (please ask for details). Ask any of our staff for more information on this benefit.
